Residents receive a renewal offer approximately 75 days before lease expiration via email and the resident portal, with multiple term options available.
No. Subletting is not permitted at Berkshire Aspen Grove.
Applicants must earn at least 2x the monthly rent in gross income. Combined income is accepted for multiple leaseholders.
No. Berkshire Aspen Grove does not require a minimum credit score. Approval is based on income, credit history, background screening, and rental history.
Yes. One guarantor per home is allowed in Littleton, CO. Guarantor must earn 4x the monthly rent.

Rent, Utilities & Payments

Rent at Berkshire Aspen Grove includes some utilities; however, residents in Littleton, CO pay separately for: 

  • Electricity (Xcel Energy) 
  • Gas

Water, sewer, valet trash (if applicable), and trash removal are billed monthly.

Yes. Berkshire Aspen Grove is a pet friendly apartment community in Littleton, CO, welcoming dogs and cats.

Berkshire Amber offers escorted in-person tours and self-guided tours. Self-guided tours can be scheduled online, allowing prospects to tour apartments at their own pace.

Yes. Residents may rent furniture through CORT, with delivery directly to their apartment in Littleton, CO.
